"TARIFF" APPLIES TO FLAGFALL & RATES (Inclusive of GST).

THE PASSENGER PAYS FOR ALL ROAD/BRIDGE/FERRY TOLLS FOR THE JOURNEY (if applicable).

TARIFF 1:

Flagfall -               $3.20

Distance Rate -      $1.61/ km for first 12km

TARIFF 2:

Flagfall -               $3.20

Distance Rate -      $2.25/ km in excess of 12km

Detention Charge - $40.91 per hour

NIGHTS (10pm to 6am) or SUNDAYS or PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:

 ADD a 20% surcharge

SPECIAL CHARGES

MULTIPLE HIRING

75% of metered fare payable at each destination

SOILING CHARGE

Where soiled or befouled during hiring, cleaning fee to be $66.00

COUNTRY RUNNING

(based on return journey) - Distance rate 78c per km travelled

LUGGAGE

NO CHARGE for luggage up to 25kg - then 10c for each extra 25kg (maximum payable 55cents)

BOOKING SURCHARGE

85 cents

PASSENGER RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS:

Your Taxi is required to be:

· smoke free

· clean and tidy

· well maintained

As a passenger you have the right to:

· decide on the route

· see the taxi meter

· refuse multiple hiring

· have the radio on or off

· have the air conditioning on or off

· see the Driver's photo identity card

As a passenger you must:

· pay the correct fare

· not eat, drink or smoke in the Taxi

· not swear or act in an offensive way

· ensure any children are secured

· wear your seat belt at all times

The Driver can refuse to take you if you are overly intoxicated, using illegal drugs, smoking, unable to pay the estimated fare, 

or if the Taxi may be soiled or damaged.

If a passenger makes a mess or damages the Taxi, the minimum cleaning fee  may be applied.
