Winery Tours

Tour 1

This tour looks to the south of Ballarat and takes in 2 wineries.

The first is Whitehorse Wines at Mt Clear which is situated on the Whitehorse Range. Low yielding vines producing high quality fruit are the secret to the quality award winning wines produced here.

It’s then on to Mt Buninyong Winery, Scotsburn, a cool climate vineyard and winery where the wines are fastidiously made, and are full of delicious fruit flavours.

Tour 3

Tour number 3 heads northwards, visiting 3 wineries.

Firstly we visit Dulcinea Vineyard and Winery at Sulky for a sample of their award winning red and whites. Eastern Peake Winery is the next stop, which was selected as a vineyard due to its high altitude, particular soil type, cool climate and extended growing season.

We conclude our tour at the Mt Beckworth winery which is a little warmer than some others in the region. This allows a good ripe flavour in the Cabernet and Shiraz. Good quality wines that are well worth the pilgrimage to taste.
